BeCert is an application for the electronic submission of requests and the issuing of export certificates to third countries and has been developed in the context of administrative simplification, traceability and fraud prevention.
BeCert:
- enables requests to be drafted and certificates to be created, saved, printed, supplied and consulted electronically,
- allows all of the information pertaining to certificates to be registered in one database,
- is user-friendly, safe and efficient,
- is linked to other databases and, consequently, data quality is improved.
The addition of a digital signature will in time be integrated, so that full electronic transfer to third countries can be enabled.
