Legislation
The Regulation (EC) No.396/2005 defines the maximum residue levels (MRL) for pesticides which apply to foodstuffs and animal feed in Europe.
MRL for all crops and all the pesticides may be found in the database available on the Commission's website.
Products that do not comply with MRLs may not be sold on the European market.
