Royal Decree of 13 July 2014 on the hygiene of foodstuffs
This decree lays down the general hygiene provisions for all operators in the food sector, in particular as regards temperature, equipment, infrastructure and staff hygiene, in addition to Regulation (EC) N° 852/2004.
